• Information you provide on the site (search queries, contact form submissions, listing registration and account details for florist businesses).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP, when you visit the site or call our API.
• API usage data when an AI assistant or application calls our directory endpoints on your behalf (for example query text or place, timestamp, and API key identifier) — not the full ChatGPT conversation.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to provide and improve the florist directory, process listings, respond to enquiries, operate and secure our API, monitor abuse, and understand how the service is used (including via Google Analytics on the public site where enabled).

AI assistants and third parties

If you use AllFlorists through ChatGPT or another AI product, that product’s own privacy policy also applies to how they process your prompts. We only receive the API requests those products send to us (for example a town or postcode search). Florist listing content returned by the API is business directory information already published on AllFlorists.
